Account & Billing

How do I upgrade my subscription?

You can upgrade your subscription by clicking the "Upgrade" button in the top navigation bar. This will take you to our pricing page where you can select a plan that suits your needs. If you're already logged in, your account will be automatically upgraded once payment is processed.

Can I change my subscription plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, the new pricing takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the new pricing takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and bank transfers for annual subscriptions. Cryptocurrency payments are supported for annual subscriptions only.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact our support team within 14 days of your subscription start date for a full refund. After this period, refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis.

How frequently is your market data updated?

Our market data is updated in real-time for premium subscribers. Standard subscribers receive data with a 10-minute delay. Historical data archives are updated daily with the previous day's trading activity.

What currency pairs do you cover?

We provide data for all major forex pairs, minor pairs, and over 50 exotic currency pairs. Premium subscribers get access to our complete database, while free and standard users have access to major pairs only.

Can I download historical data for offline analysis?

Yes, premium and professional subscribers can download historical data in CSV, MT4/MT5, and Excel formats. The amount of downloadable data depends on your subscription level, with Professional tier allowing unlimited downloads.

How accurate is your sentiment analysis data?

Our sentiment analysis aggregates data from multiple sources including retail positioning, institutional flows, and options market data. While no sentiment indicator is 100% accurate, our proprietary model has shown a 78% correlation with subsequent market moves in back-testing.

Tools & Features

Can I create custom indicators?

Yes, Professional and Enterprise subscribers can create and save custom indicators using our indicator builder. These custom indicators can use any of our data feeds and can be shared with other team members on the same subscription.

Does your platform integrate with MT4/MT5?

Yes, we offer plugins for both MetaTrader 4 and 5 that allow you to import our data and indicators directly into your MT platform. Setup guides for these integrations are available in your dashboard once you subscribe.

How many strategies can I backtest simultaneously?

Standard subscribers can run up to 3 concurrent backtests, Premium subscribers can run up to 10, and Professional/Enterprise subscribers have unlimited concurrent backtesting capabilities.

Can I set alerts for specific market conditions?

Yes, all paid subscription levels include customizable alerts. You can set alerts based on price levels, indicator values, pattern formations, or economic calendar events. Alerts can be delivered via email, SMS, or push notifications to our mobile app.

First, try refreshing your browser or restarting the application. If the issue persists, check our system status page at status.smartfinancedata.com to see if there are any known service disruptions. If everything appears normal, please contact our support team with details about the specific data feed that's not updating.

Do you offer onboarding or training?

Yes, all new subscribers receive access to our comprehensive video tutorial library. Premium subscribers get a complimentary 30-minute onboarding call with our customer success team. Enterprise clients receive dedicated training sessions for their team members.

I'm new to forex trading. Where should I start?

What are the system requirements for your platform?
